Special Meeting Public Hearing Regarding Sewer District #1

At the Town Hall located at 104 Municipal Lane. This public hearing is a redo of the increase that was already done on May 9, 2024. Bond Council that prepared the Resolution 34-2024 did it under Town Law 202B and Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) who awarded us the grant requires it be done under Town Law 209H as reflected in Resolution 29-2025 that was passed on March 13, 2025
